While UPPA members are not required to support our fundraising efforts monetarily, all voluntary donations made to the organization are gratefully accepted and will be gifted back to UP Elementary in full in May of 2020. Additionally, all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent. In May 2020, the UPPA wrote UP Elementary a check for $90,000! These funds are used primarily for upgrading technology, facility improvements, teacher continued education certifications and classroom enhancements.
While donations are accepted at any time, our official membership fundraising campaign will begin in February 2023 in support of our 10th annual fundraiser: "UP All Night", a Father and Child Urban Campout on the UP Elementary school grounds! We are so excited to celebrate TEN YEARS OF TENTS!
