For the last 13 years, the UP Preschool Association has hosted the “Up All Night” urban campout on the grounds of UP Elementary. The UPPA along with the UP PTA have decided this event will now be hosted by the UP PTA at the elementary school level. Most kids attending were of the elementary school age, and it seemed like the right decision for both programs! The UPPA will host a family-friendly concert as our annual fundraiser that is age appropriate for the UPPA member families in the spring!

Dear Preschool Community Partners,
After 12 years of an amazing annual fundraiser called “UP All Night,” a family-friendly campout on the grounds of UP Elementary, the UP Preschool Association has passed this tradition on to the UP PTA to better serve the preschool families of our organization. This year, we are proud to team up with Boone Elementary’s Preschool Association and throw a new annual fundraiser, “The Howdy Dance.” The Howdy Dance will be a family concert at the SMU Armstrong Fieldhouse on April 25, 2026 with an array of activities for kids of all ages but ultimately keeping our preschool families in mind!
Teaming up with the Boone Preschool Association is key to the success of this new fundraiser!
We hope to build community with the preschool families of our two elementary school zones as families transition from preschool to elementary school! We have multiple levels of sponsorship opportunities with both corporate and family benefits. Every level will receive complimentary tickets to the concert as well as food and drink tickets as a thank you for your sponsorship. Signage of varying degrees is available based on your sponsorship level. We have unique opportunities to sponsor the live entertainment, bar & concessions, stage & dance floor, or an extra activity like face painting or airbrush tattoos! We also have a vendor exposure option, where we provide a table that your company can set up marketing materials or an interactive experience for the kids, all while gaining exposure to over 200 preschool families!
